1. What material is CasuMala jewellery made of?

All our jewellery is crafted in 92.5 silver with 22 carat gold plating.
Every piece is stamped with a 92.5 mark to certify purity.

2) Will the gold plating wear off?

Our 22K gold plating is durable and does not wear off easily.
To extend its life, we recommend keeping the jewellery away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

3) Is there a warranty on the gold plating?

Yes. We offer a 1-year complimentary replating warranty.
Within this period, we will replate your jewellery at no additional cost. After one year, we continue to support replating at minimal charges (typically a few hundred rupees for lightweight pieces).

4) What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
